Who processes your data
Your data is processed by Mark Lyubavin, snowboard instructor and freeride guide, Gudauri, Georgia. You can contact me about your data at [email protected] or +995 574 220 517.
What data is collected
Booking form. Full name, phone number, social media account, email, and the service or school dates you selected, which are added to the request automatically.
Technical data. When you visit the site, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to run and protect the site.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not include visitor trackers. The hosting provider may use technical files required for security and for the site to work.
How the data is used
To contact you, confirm your booking, organise the lessons and agree on payment. I do not use your data for mailings or advertising without your consent and I do not sell it to third parties.
Who receives the data
Your request is sent through the Web3Forms service and arrives in my email inbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These services may be located outside Georgia.
The site links to external resources (Google Maps, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, APUL). Once you follow those links, their own data policies apply.
How long the data is kept
For as long as it is needed for the purposes above. You can ask me to delete your data earlier unless I am required by law to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent by writing to the email above. You also have the right to contact the competent data protection authority.
Consent and age
By submitting the form you consent to the processing of the data you provided on these terms. The form is intended for adults: if you are booking for a child, please give the contact details of a parent or legal guardian.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new update date.
